The Astro 1450 13'' Plus nut and extra-long rivet nut setter kit Metric & SAE is designed for setting bulbed plusnut's, longer than standard rivet nuts and even standard rivet nuts. This kit features the market's most popular rivet nut setting tool (astros 1442), which has been adapted for plus nut and long rivet nut use. The kit includes 9 SAE and metric sizes: 10-32, 10-24, 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16, M5, M6, M8 & M10.
The Astro Pneumatic Tool 1450 works great when it’s all set up, but I had a rough start figuring out how to use it. The instructions were a bit vague, which made the first few attempts frustrating. Once I got the hang of it, though, the performance was solid, especially with the metric nuts.

Not worth the money
I was really excited to try the Astro Pneumatic Tool 1450, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The tool felt flimsy and it stopped working after just a few uses. I couldn’t even get a proper rivet nut set without issues. I wouldn’t buy it again.
