Special lever and flange plate accept a padlock to securely lock a Disconnect Switch in the Off position, which is required by many lock-out/tag-out safety regulations. For use with Cole Hersee lever actuated master disconnect switches with a 3/4-Inch diameter (19.1mm) mounting stem. We recommend the use of a padlock with a 5/16-Inch (7.9mm) diameter shackle.
This Cole Hersee lockout lever kit is really sturdy! I feel safe knowing my disconnect switch is secure. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable locking mechanism for safety. Plus, the color makes it easy to spot!

Disappointed with the fit
