HKS has had a long history of providing top notch quality performance for Japanese market sport compact vehicles. Their work with the Toyota 86 or Scion FR-S here in the states holds the same truth. HKS worked extremely close with Toyota engineers to produce one of the best superchargers available for the FR-S and Scion BRZ on the market.
Producing up to 30% more horsepower while maintaining almost no lag is one of the best features of the supercharger. The unit is rated for increasing horsepower up to 203 Wheel Horsepower and 185 in torque numbers at 7 psi. The supercharger can be further developed or pushed by installing fortified internals to the engine and upgrading spark and fuel.
