I recently installed the Sportrack SR1008 on my SUV and it's been great for carrying my kayak. The black finish looks sleek and it fits perfectly. Just make sure to read the instructions closely, they could be a bit clearer.

Functional but a Bit Noisy
The SR1008 roof rack does the job, but I noticed it gets a bit loud on the highway. Installation was straightforward, and it holds my luggage securely. Just wish it was quieter while driving.

Arrived Damaged, Not Happy
I had high hopes for the Sportrack SR1008, but it arrived with scratches. I’m not sure how it will hold up now. Customer service was slow in responding, which added to my frustration.
