The gas struts themselves are solid; they can handle the 200lb load for my trailer lid without any issue. However, they took longer to arrive than I expected. The packaging was fine, and the install was straightforward, but I just wish they got here a bit faster!

Strong support for my truck lid
I installed these Vepagoo gas struts on my tonneau cover, and they work like a charm! With a lift support of 890N, they easily hold up the lid without any struggle. Just be sure to follow the instructions closely, as it took me a minute to figure out the best way to install them. Totally worth it!

Not what I hoped for
Unfortunately, one of the Vepagoo struts stopped working after only a couple of weeks. The other one is fine, but I expected better durability from something rated for heavy-duty use. I reached out to customer service, but it’s been a bit of a hassle getting a replacement.
